I posted this on another thread, but thought everyone could benefit from it. U.S. News has a great series out right now called "How to Get In," which asks questions of various law school admissions offices and posts their answers. It's a great series, providing lots of solid basic info for people just starting to look at law school, and giving insights and lesser-known facts to old, wily law school app veterans. Smiley

I'm sure there will be more schools on their list in the future but, for now, these are the ones they have up. Good stuff!

It's interesting how different the answers are to some of the questions posed to the law schools, even where the law schools are fairly similar in many respects.

It's interesting how different the answers are to some of the questions posed to the law schools, even where the law schools are fairly similar in many respects.

Well, even though the instruction is (at the most basic level) the same, each school is looking for different attributes in its students. The one that always gets me is the many, many different ways schools interpret multiple LSAT scores. You'd think that, with the 2006 ABA ruling on score reporting that would have standardized, but it actually seems to have broadened the interpretations.
