Memorial to an Icon of Los Angeles- Philippe's - Bill Binder

I'm sad  when I just heard the news and want to give a Memorial tribute to Bill Binder, the man that ran Philippe's in downtown Los Angeles for decades. 

Bill, you are a legend and those french dip sandwiches cannot be matched by any others.
