As a second year law student, with 19 years of professional healthcare experience, I would like to explore professional legal opportunities that will build upon my academic foundation.

- What role does mediation play in personal injury law? Would becoming a certified mediator present additional opportunities?

- Are there consultant opportunities to provide medically related information to particular questions relating to a client's case?

- In addition to personal injury litigation, I would sincerely appreciate any advice regarding healthcare law niche practice opportunities.

In advance, thank you for your time and consideration for my inquiry.

Thanks!

This is more an LSAT and admissions forum than a legal practice forum, but I'll take a shot at your three questions:

1. Mediation normally is used when it is contractually specified or both parties agree to the process. Personal injury wouldn't seem like the biggest area for that forum, but I'm sure t plays some role. Any additional credentials are always a plus.

2. I would think so, if you have provable skills and certifications.

3. Healthcare law is growing as the population of the country ages, so I'm sure practice opportunities will grow too.

Accident happens in our life and if an accident is due to the negligence of the injurer, then it is known as personal injury. In such situation, I would like to inform that an experienced personal injury attorney can help you understand the important legal concepts and ramifications surrounding your issue.
