if a law school puts you in that "file reviewed, no decision made" category. What are the odds that you actually get accepted in the end? Also..is there anything I could be sending them to help them out ...minus new lsat scores because I didn't retake it in Feb.

Thanks!!

Essentially, the "file reviewed, no decision made" category means that they are either waiting for more files to come in, or they are waiting for more people to review your stuff. In both cases, it is pretty hard to determine what your odds are of acceptance without knowing which school it is and your numbers. All else being equal, I suppose one could say 50/50 Smiley, but that's only because I know next to nothing about your particular file and the school this is for.

Regarding what more you could send them: Given that your file is basically in limbo right now, and just waiting for a final say, there really isn't much you can do. If you'd been waitlisted, there would be things you could do; same goes for if you'd been rejected. But at this point, your file with them is considered complete, and you just need to sit tight and wait for an answer. It can definitely be frustrating, but it's all you can do for now without wearing out your welcome with the admissions office.

You should also remember that most schools don't need to spend much time on the presumptive deny files.  If your admission index scores are too low for that school, you would never make the "file reviewed, no decision made" category.

Just have some patience, its not a bad thing.  Wink
