This letter was posted on BC Law's online newspaper on 10/15 by a 3L discouraged with the job market and his prospects. He's asking for his money back in exchange for him leaving immediately and receiving no J.D. What do you guys think?

Ehhh, I'm gonna have to disagree. Law Schools offer no guarantee of a job upon graduation. Nice effort on his part, though!

This is bullshit. Just because he can't find a job he should get his money back? An education isn't like a toaster oven. Once you get it, you have the benefit of it forever, regardless of whether you can make it work for you or not. People in the top of their class aren't having trouble finding work, which makes me think this clown probably isn't that high up there. I love his little dig about the USNRW rankings, as if he thought them beneath him and a scam. I'm sure he cared about those rankings when he was applying to school, otherwise he would have accepted a scholarship from a lower ranked school and maybe wouldn't be in the little legal pickle. I say kick him out for insubordination, and keep the tuition!
