****Important Public Service Announcement****If you took the October 2010 LSAT and are contemplating canceling your score you have to make your decision right away.
LSAC rules dictate that to cancel your score you must submit a signed written cancellation request and it MUST BE
RECEIVED by LSAC within six (6) calendar days of the test.
For people that took the test last Saturday, cancellation requests must be received by LSAC no later than 11:59 pm tomorrow, Friday October 15th.
There are two options to submit a cancellation request: either mail or fax it to them. You cannot cancel your score via email or otherwise through the online candidate services.
To cancel by mail/fedex/UPS/courier you must send your request TODAY with next day delivery service so that it arrives at their address before 11:59pm tomorrow. Faxed cancellation requests must also be received by the same deadline, giving you until tomorrow to decide whether or not to cancel your score.

Canceling Your Score by Written Request
Written requests for score cancellation
must be received by LSAC within six calendar days of the test. LSAT score cancellation requests must be submitted to LSAC in the form of a signed fax; overnight letter; or expedited, mailed score cancellation form (PDF), which test takers can access in their online accounts immediately following their test administration. Requests received after this deadline are not valid and will not be processed. No other form of score cancellation request—such as e-mail, mailgram, voice mail, or telegram—will be accepted, as all score cancellation requests must include the test taker's signature. Valid score cancellation requests must include:
* your statement that you wish to cancel your LSAT score
* your name, LSAC account number, and the last four digits of your Social Security or Social Insurance number
* the test date and test center name and code number
* your signature (unsigned cancellation requests will not be processed)
